Web Gate is expanding its sales team and is looking for motivated individuals to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and help grow our customer base across web development and IT services.
Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Previous sales or customer relations experience is a plus
Comfortable reaching out to and following up with potential clients
Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets
Basic understanding of web/IT services is an advantage
Note: Compensation for this position is independent and commission-based — the selected candidate will receive 60% of each project's payment, with the remaining 40% retained by the office, in lieu of a fixed salary.
